Eventcape provides a collaborative event management platform connecting hosts, planners, and vendors. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
All payments processed through Eventcape are held in escrow until the relevant service has been delivered and confirmed. Eventcape charges a platform fee on successful transactions. Disputes are handled through our internal resolution process.
To access payment and contract features, users must complete identity verification in compliance with Nigerian financial regulations and NDPR requirements. Submitting false information is a violation of these terms and applicable law.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Eventcape remain the property of Eventcape or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Eventcape is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
